1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted courier partners across India to ensure timely and safe delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
5. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
Yuvva Skincare will not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packaging your products. If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.yuvvaskincare@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and items received.
Please note: We do not accept returns or replacements for used or opened products.
