Order processing:
We process orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS with delivery updates.

Delivery timelines:

  • Most orders across India are delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery time can vary based on your location and courier network performance.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We can’t be responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect address details.

International shipping:
If applicable, any international delivery options will be shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away.

Eligibility for returns:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product should be in the same condition as you received it with original packaging intact.

Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to show up depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Change of mind, colour preference, or product not suiting your skin type are not considered returnable reasons unless the item is faulty.
